k991 accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months (no login, no deposit, no withdrawal) may be classified as dormant. k991 will attempt to notify the account holder at the registered contact details before any dormant account action is taken.
4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
k991 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank accounts including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳100 for mobile wallet channels. The minimum withdrawal is ৳200 for mobile wallets. k991 does not charge a fee on standard deposits or withdrawals.
